You can use the combined Season Subscription/Ticket Order/Contribution Form (which also has space for making a contribution) to tell us the amount you would like to give, as well as all information we need about you to give you recognition (and our thanks!) for your contribution.

    What Your Donation Does


  • Ticket prices cover only 40% of the cost of the SRJO season. We greatly depend on your tax deductible contributions to continue bringing you the finest jazz performances in the Northwest.

  • Your contribution is tax deductible under federal income tax regulations.

  • Receive additional benefits. Contributors receive priority ticket ordering for their subscription and individual tickets, priority seating at all concert events, and invitations to special SRJO events.

  • Meet the members of SRJO.  Donors giving at the $250 level (and above) will be invited to special events, including a pre-concert reception and a chance to meet the SRJO artists.

    •  Watch for details in upcoming mailings.

    Contributor Levels:
      Endow a Lead or Jazz Chair $            12,000
      Patron $  5,000 or more
      Concert Sponsor $ 2,500 - $4,999
      Benefactor $ 1,000 - $2,499
      Promoter $    500 - $  999
      Donor $    250 - $  499
      Supporter $    100 - $  249
      Contributor $      40 - $   99

    There Are Many Ways You Can Help the SRJO

    Whether or not you support the SRJO with monetary contributions, there are many IN-KIND contributions you can make that are greatly needed to help us keep runing smoothly.  All in-kind contributions are gratefully acknowledged in our printed concert programs, and they help our organization to provide broader community support.

    Here are some examples:

    • Volunteer to help at concerts (and get free admission!)
    • Volunteer to help with mailings of brochures and letters
    • Volunteer to help plan and present one of our fund-raising events

    You or your company can contribute one of the following services:

    • Internet server space for the SRJO.org web page
    • Brochure design or poster design
    • Brochure printing or poster printing
    • Food services for the band
    • Food services for fund-raising events

    • Airline tickets for guest artists (including frequent flyer tickets)

    • Airline tickets for artistic directors's research at the Smithsonian
    • Hotel accommodations for our guest artists
    • Gifts, services, or items of value to be auctioned off at an SRJO fund raising event

    You or your company can contribute one of the following office needs:

    • Used Macintosh computer - G5 or better
    • Used PC computer - Celeron Duo, AMD 64 Athlon, or better
    • USB Postscript laser printer for a PC or Mac computer
    • USB Scanner for a PC or Mac computer
    • Office supplies (printer cartridges, shipping envelopes, labels, paper, etc.)
    • File cabinet with rolling drawers (does not need to be beautiful)
